RVHG is looking for a multi-talented superstar to join our team.
A typical day will include working directly with multiple displaced policy holders, insurance carriers, corporations, and vendors to facilitate temporary onsite housing placements.
This individual works at a very high pace and with every call, email and action reflects exceptional customer service.
This individual must be a “Go-Getter” and must possess the drive and passion of inside selling an intangible service, coupled with operational detail, all in effort to help a family in need.
This individual must have no fear of picking up the phone. Given the impersonal communication mediums of today, our business is very personal and must be conducted over the phone to establish and maintain rapport with the clients.
An Onsite Housing Specialist at RVHG has a very special role and their efforts never go unnoticed, their willingness to go the extra mile helps separate RVHG from other temporary onsite housing companies.
This individual will be required to work 9am-6pm EST.
What You’ll Do…
• Reach out to each client to identify their placement needs in detail
• Pinpoint the appropriate RV based on the specific needs of the client and present it to them for review and approval
• Source and negotiate necessary vendors to help facilitate the property preparation and/or placement
• Generate and/or collect any necessary documentation for the placement
• Follow up with the client every step of the way until they have been placed, and after if necessary
• Input ALL communication regardless of medium into each client’s file
• Work alongside and communicate with the VP of Housing on each placement
• Work as a dynamic team player in our organization

• Data entry and vendor sourcing for up to 8 hours a day
• Using a computer for up to 8 hours a day
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
