Job Title: Detail Technician
Our company is seeking a skilled Detail Technician to join our team. As a Detail Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our motor homes, trailers and other RV's are in top condition and ready for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform make-ready tasks such as interior and exterior cleaning
- Conduct inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and communicate any repairs needed with the Service Department
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with management to ensure that all work is completed to customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in make-ready work or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
