Job Title: Service Technician

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Flag Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service and rv/motorhome or automotive services. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, replacing parts and interior work, as well as providing maintenance services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Repair trailers/units in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Perform routine maintenance services on trailers and motorhomes.
• Keep accurate records of all service work done and inform your service team.
• Communicate effectively with customer and coworkers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years of previous experience in a service technician role (RV service experience preferred)
• Knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment use.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
