Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various systems and tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of different tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on RV units.
• Troubleshoot issues related to RVs, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Utilize welding skills for repairs as needed on equipment components (not a necessity but a bonus).
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Drive company van to various mobile job sites while adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in a variety of trades
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and equipment repair techniques.
• Willing to learn and advance your current skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving the company van.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
