Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Scheduler, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in office management is a plus.
