Job Description : We are seeking a reliable and efficient Contract Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities : - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment. - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. - Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars. - Ensure the availability of clean dishes by cleaning dishes quickly and efficiently. - Follow all sanitation and health regulations. - Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
