Position : Contract Event Helper
Responsibilities : - Assist in event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations. - Support event coordinators with logistics and on-site event management. - Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and address any inquiries or issues. - Help with the coordination of event activities and schedules. - Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces before, during, and after events. - Assist with registration, ticketing, and crowd control as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful execution of events.
