Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced Product Manager to lead the design, development and management of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer product management and international sourcing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, define product vision, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. This candidate must be a task-oriented "doer",— highly organized and able to complete projects on time and on budget.
Duties
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Able to work with international contract manufacturers on costs, quality and life cycle management.
- Monitor product performance through analytics to inform future iterations and improvements.
- Maintain documentation for project tracking and reporting purposes.
- Communicate to stakeholders and articulate product clear product visions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management or related roles with physical consumer products. Preferably produced in China.
- Strong understanding of technologies and development.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to assess product performance and user engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel overseas independently as needed. Must have a valid US passport
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
