Job Summary:
RMV Workforce Corp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Assistant/Phlebotomist to join the clinical laboratory team at Northside Hospital Forsyth. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality medical facility and contribute to crucial specimen testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture, specimen collection, and handling.
Ensure accurate labeling and timely processing of specimens.
Maintain compliance with laboratory protocols and safety standards.
Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure efficient workflow and accurate results.
Document procedures and maintain records in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Proficiency in specimen testing, handling, and analysis.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM).
Must be willing to travel; no local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
