Adventist Health – Glendale is seeking an to join our team. The RN Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating patient care, discharge planning, and utilization review to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active RN License (California)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Acute care hospital experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Schedule & Compensation:
- Shift: 8-hour day shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), 40 hours per week
