AT A GLANCE
RVO Health is looking for a Director of Product Management to advance our existing data platform and data products. You'll be responsible for developing a product vision and strategy that delivers a differentiated value proposition and works as a key driver of customer engagement, retention, and business growth. Sitting within the Technology organization, you'll lead a small team and deliver products that empower consumers to navigate confidently and optimize their health and wellness experience.
RVO is the world's largest and fastest-growing digital health platform, with 1,400 employees. At the core of RVO Health is Healthline Media and Distribution, a business that attracts nearly 90MM unique visitors per month in the US (#41 on Comscore's top 50 list), and 200MM globally to its science and evidence-based, yet easy to understand content. Our behavior change product portfolio will leverage the B2B market footprint to grow enrollment and engagement in our programs.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
- Product Development : Lead product development, collaborating and inspiring cross-functional teams that design, engineering, marketing, and content professionals.
- Product Strategy : Develop and execute the strategic growth roadmap for our data platform and data products.
- Product Research : Conduct user research and competitive landscape analyses to inform product vision, strategies and roadmaps.
- Set the standards : Define detailed, data-driven requirements and user stories; work directly with Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to execute on the Product roadmap.
- Align stakeholders : Set the product vision and roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with business and delivery teams to ship high-quality experiences.
