What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end learning program management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop instructional content and implement engaging learning experiences.
- Serve as a LMS administrator, optimizing learning technology for seamless experiences.
- Analyze learning data to measure impact and refine training strategies.
- Partner with HR, leadership, and SMEs to identify learning needs and create targeted solutions.
- Ensure compliance training is updated, tracked, and reported.
- Develop and manage comprehensive learning programs that support organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Oversee the full learning program lifecycle—from needs analysis and instructional design to delivery, evaluation, and optimization.
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
- Establish learning metrics and reporting processes to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Drive engagement and adoption of learning initiatives through strategic communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to develop engaging, learner-centered training materials that enhance knowledge retention and application.
- Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, including Instructor-Led (in-person) workshops, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), workshops, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Ensure learning content is interactive, accessible, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Facilitate training sessions as needed, delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences for employees at all levels.
- Maintain a repository of instructional content and resources for ongoing learning initiatives.
- Serve as the administrator for Docebo, supporting content management, user experience, and reporting needs.
- Optimize LMS functionality, ensuring smooth course enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
- Generate and analyze LMS reports to measure learner engagement, training completion, and overall program effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors and IT for technical support.
- Work closely with business leaders and HR to align learning programs with organizational goals.
- Gather and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve instructional design and program effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine training strategies and enhance learner engagement.
- Support compliance training updates and reporting in partnership with the Legal team
- 7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and program management.
- Strong background in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering ILT, VILT, and blended learning solutions.
- LMS administration experience (Docebo preferred), including course setup, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple learning initiatives.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to deliver engaging training experiences.
- Ability to analyze learning data and drive continuous program improvement.
- Starting Salary: $86,400 - $105,000 (add if applicable: plus stock options, bonus or commission potential )
