Position Overview
RVP Consultants is seeking a Education Recruiting Specialist : Classroom Behavioral Interviews to conduct structured classroom behavioral interviews with international teachers. This role is crucial in identifying high-quality international Teachers and ensuring they meet the necessary skills to succeed in US schools.
The ideal candidate is a former educator, retired teacher, or someone with experience in classroom management who understands the challenges and expectations of a K-12 classroom. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to conduct structured interviews are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured classroom behavioral interviews with international teacher candidates using RVP’s standardized questions and evaluation framework.
Assess candidates based on teaching experience, instructional strategies, classroom management skills, and cultural readiness for the U.S. education system.
Prepare detailed interview feedback reports outlining candidate strengths, areas for improvement, and final recommendations.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and People Operations Specialist to refine interview practices and ensure alignment with RVP’s hiring standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Classroom Experience : Former educator, retired teacher, or individual with experience in classroom management and instructional best practices.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in teaching, or Minimum of 2 years in classroom management
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with U.S. teacher certification requirements and pathways for internationally trained educators.
Experience in teacher recruitment, education consulting, or HR within an international workforce.
Education : Bachelor's degree in education, Teaching, or a related field is strongly preferred.
