What You'll Do
- Strategic Financial Planning : Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our company's mission and long-term vision. Participate in reviewing and refining financial policies to ensure compliance and support organizational goals.
- Daily Accounting Operations : Manage financial transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Reporting : Generate and analyze comprehensive financial reports, providing insights into trends and variances. Leverage QuickBooks' automation features for efficient reporting.
- Transaction Management & Data Entry : Oversee the daily entry of invoices, receipts, and expenses in QuickBooks, performing reconciliations with bank statements.
- Document Management : Organize and maintain financial documents through cloud storage solutions, ensuring easy, secure access to financial records.
- Payroll Processing Support : Assist with payroll preparation and reporting via Gusto, ensuring accurate time tracking and supporting financial analysis.
- KPI and Financial Analysis : Utilize analytical tools like Fathom to monitor and report on financial and operational KPIs, aiding strategic decision-making.
- System Implementation and Process Optimization : Support the effective implementation and utilization of financial systems (QuickBooks and Click Up). Ensure integration and smooth operations within the finance department.
