Job Description
As a production assembly specialist, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical units and/or parts using hand and light power tools. You will work as part of a fast-paced team, understanding production drawings and work instructions, both written and verbal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must possess good manual dexterity, the desire & ability to work efficiently with hands and take pride in providing a quality, defect-free product to customers. A knowledge of quality practices and LEAN Manufacturing principles is strongly preferred but not required.

- Previous experience in a team assembly environment (1-2 years preferred)
- Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions blueprints
- Excellent attendance record
