Summary
We are seeking a skilled Subcontractor to join our team at RW Flooring LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing flooring installations and restoration projects, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality service across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform flooring installations and repairs according to project specifications.
- Execute water damage restoration tasks as needed to ensure quality outcomes.
- Utilize concrete finishing techniques for various flooring applications.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to company policies.
- Provide accurate estimates for materials and labor for upcoming projects.
- Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields.
- Be Able to Install ALL Carpet Types.
- Hard surface installation ability is a bonus.
- Strong skills in water damage restoration and concrete finishing.
- Familiarity with trim carpentry and maintenance person tasks is advantageous.
- Able to perform your customer measures and provide details on Labor and Material project needs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Complete all onboarding requirements
- Provide General Liability and Errors and Omissions Insurance
- Provide Workers Comp insurance if state requires
- Pass Background check
- Have Iowa Contractor Registration
