Job Title : Dealer Sales Coordinator

RW Supply and Design is a Hardwood Flooring Distribution Business with multiple locations nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Outside Dealer Sales Consultant to develop the Northern Colorado territory.
Responsibilities :
- Establish relationships with retail flooring and design centers.
- Set up displays and grow business by promoting our retailer-exclusive brand and other flooring categories, including installation sundries.
- Work in the field calling on flooring retail stores within the local area daily.
- Negotiate sales and secure customers.
- Take phone calls, respond to text messages and emails.
- Use our CRM Software system to record visits and daily activities.
- Solve customer problems and prospect new accounts.
- Continue developing the newly established territory.
- Set up showroom displays with samples and provide product knowledge seminars to train customers.
Requirements :
This role involves efficient strategic planning in the field and structuring daily calls and visits to promote growth and maximize client interaction. The position includes manual labor and hard work as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation :
The position offers a base salary plus commission, with a bonus structure and incentives to increase the base salary by achieving sales goals.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : Starting at $50,000 a year Commission. Those successful in this role at the three-year mark should be making over $100,000.00.
