Job Purpose:
This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting in the setup and calibration of equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.

Job Description
Job Purpose:
This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting in the setup and calibration of equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.

Essential Functions
- Manufacture samples for wood flooring, including display boards, strap sets, and handboards.
- Use woodworking equipment like table saws, miter saws, and pneumatic nailers.
- Apply industrial strength adhesives
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machines and tools to meet production requirements.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
- Record and monitor operational data to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to other employees as needed.
- Support the Department Manager in improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
- Assist with inventory management for tools, parts, and materials required for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact production efficiency.
