Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced 3PL Operations Rep at RWB Trucking LLC in Woodridge, IL. The Operations Rep will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, handling & inputting orders into our system, working with our Carrier Sales staff to ensure the load is picked up and delivered on time, scheduling appointments, and handling any in-transit complications.

- 1 Years of Operations Experience in the Logistics Field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in the logistics and transportation industry
- Knowledge of 3PL services and solutions
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
