RWC, Inc., a global leader in the design and production of innovative manufacturing systems, is seeking a dynamic and experienced President to lead the company into its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-range corporate strategic plans that align with the goals of shareholders, the corporation, customers, and employees. The President will also oversee the efficient application of human, physical, and financial resources to achieve these plans and objectives.
With annual sales in the range of $20 million to $30 million, RWC operates out of a 124,000 square foot facility in Bay City, Michigan. The current President is preparing for retirement, and we are looking for a candidate who can successfully transition into this leadership role, ensuring continued growth and success.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years in senior administrative roles within manufacturing, with a proven track record of strategic planning and leadership.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate teams and manage complex situations.
