The Training Manager, Performance & Governance team will contribute to the development, maintenance, measurement, and optimization of the RWE Clean Energy, LLC (RWECE) HSSE Management System, and the software platforms, community page(s), etc. in which it is integrated.
This role will routinely involve the design, development, revision, and continuous enhancement of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) training policy(s), programs, curriculum, courses, competency verification checklists, etc., in accordance with internal requirements, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
The individual in this role must possess demonstrable knowledge, skills, experience, discernment, and interpersonal abilities directly related to [1] the North American legal environment, [2] HSSE related Training, [3] Adult Learning / Instructional Design, and [4] Learning Management Systems (LMS).
The individual in this role must be capable of designing a comprehensive HSSE training regimen for all personnel, and facilitating compliance to it via the development and administration of training curriculum, courses, etc. internally (i.e., via LMS). They must also be fully capable of qualifying reputable external training vendors and managing vendor-issued HSSE training for RWECE personnel as needed.

Pay range : The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York is $108,000- $140,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
