We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Group Reporting to join our growing and dynamic Group Reporting & Financial Reporting team. The ideal candidate will oversee internal controls, assist in testing, monitoring, and evaluating internal control processes, and support the submission of financial information for corporate group reporting for RWECE. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the review and issuance of external unaudited and audited standalone financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Role Responsibilities :

• Oversee and assist in the design, testing, and monitoring of internal control processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying potential weaknesses and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management
• Continuously assess risks and control activities, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to mitigate risks
• Support the preparation and submission of financial information for corporate group reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams, internal and external auditors to support audit activities, providing necessary documentation and ensuring successful audit outcomes
• Support local and group accounting with ad-hoc internal and external requests related to financial information, business / Merger & Acquisitions support

Job Requirements and Experiences :

Pay range : The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $77,000 - $115,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
