Job Overview
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a dedicated Care Leader for our Behavioral Health Unit at RWJ University Hospital - Somerset. This individual will be responsible for managing the staffing, budget, and quality measures of the unit.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
* Act as an integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ Somerset
* Improve and maintain quality of care and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
* Master's degree preferred
* Current New Jersey RN Licensure required
* BLS required (American Heart Association)
* Previous nursing leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health and/or crisis setting required
* Board certification in nursing leadership and/or behavioral health preferred
