The Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Behavioral Health Unit at RWJ University Hospital - Somerset. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
* Manage and monitor unit performance metrics, including quality and patient satisfaction scores
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize resource utilization
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required
* Current New Jersey RN Licensure and BLS certification required
* Proven track record of success in healthcare operations, preferably in behavioral health or crisis settings
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
