**Assistant Director of Patient Care Role**
The Assistant Director of Patient Care will oversee and delegate daily operations of an Oncology unit, fostering a positive work environment. This role requires anticipating and addressing the complex needs of patients, ensuring efficient workflows within the unit.
This position involves assisting the Nursing Director with unit operations and providing support to the nursing team. Key responsibilities include supervising, assessing, and evaluating patient care, as well as conducting daily audits of clinical documentation and care plans.
The successful candidate will also participate in daily rounding with patients to assess satisfaction and coordinate care. This is a part-time role requiring 36 hours per week, primarily worked at night, with approximately two weekend shifts per month.
