Job Overview : RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care, Perinatal Services : L&D, Mother Baby, and Level II for RWJ Somerset Medical Center. Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master s preferred Current New Jersey RN Licensure BLS required. (American Heart Association) A minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting is required Previous experience as a nursing director is preferred, Scheduling Requirements : Full Time 40 hours per week Essential Functions : Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.
