Accountability
This position is accountable for ensuring compliance with Federal and State guidelines, guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of provider-based coding and charge capture. Additionally, the AVP of Medical Group Coding is accountable for acting as a liaison/reference between Corporate Coding Staff, Compliance Department Staff, employed providers, affiliate staff, Physician Advisors, Medical Group Directors and other departments as needed. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and regulatory compliance, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare policies and procedures.
