About the Job
The Director, Corporate Reimbursement will serve as a strategic partner to department leadership, providing expertise on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement policies and procedures.
This involves developing and implementing effective government payment strategies to optimize revenue and ensure compliance with regulations.
The Director will be responsible for managing the completion of various projects, including DSH, Medicare Bad Debts, Wage Index, and Geographic Reclassification, in partnership with the Vice President of Corporate Reimbursement.
The Director will also oversee the accurate determination of third-party receivables/payables, ensuring revenue and receivables reporting complies with GAAP.

- Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulation and payment rules.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex reimbursement policies and procedures.
