Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health Corporate Services is seeking an experienced leader to develop and execute strategic insurance and risk management programs across the organization. The Vice President of Insurance and Risk Management will lead a comprehensive program encompassing property, casualty, liability, and workers' compensation insurance, as well as captive insurance company management.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and managing property, casualty, and liability insurance programs
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation plans
- Collaborating with senior leadership to foster a culture of safety and compliance
- Providing leadership and direction to the risk management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in risk management and insurance
- Proven track record of leadership in a multi-hospital system or large healthcare organization
