Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop large and complex data sets from various sources.
- Implement machine learning models to aid performance improvement and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality data governance practices across the organization.
- Deliver timely and accurate data insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics & healthcare revenue cycle or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong demonstrated proficiency in healthcare data analytics, advanced statistical analysis, or predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with programming and/or scripting languages (VBS/VBA, Python, C, C , Java etc.).
