RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated & experienced RN to assist in managing the Endoscopy Unit at Monmouth Medical Center.

Qualifications:
Required:
- RN Degree
- BSN
- NJ RN License
- Endoscopy experience
- Previous Management experience
- BLS, ACLS & PALS (American Heart Association)
Preferred:
- Specialty Certification
Scheduling Requirements:
- Full Time
Essential Functions:
- Assisting the day-to-day managing of the Endoscopy Unit
- Assists the Director with staff schedules, evaluations, discipline, Quality measures, etc
- Ability to deal with Emergent situations, patient care & Staff & Patient Satisfaction
