Assistant Vice President, Digital Strategy & Corporate Communications

Job Overview:

Reports to the VP of Digital and Interactive Services and is responsible for the hands-on execution and delivery of external and internal RWJBH digital strategies to enhance consumer and employee experiences while optimizing operations,

The AVP of Digital Strategy will develop strategies to build online brand awareness, enhance the organization s overall digital presence and drive business to key service lines across all digital channels,

In addition, this individual will also be responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and overseeing the activities related to digital analytic toolsets management,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 10 yrs min of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Proven track record of driving transformative digital initiatives with notable outcomes
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics and emerging technologies
• Able to gather/analyze business and operational requirements in order to develop and/or implement a digital strategy plan that aligns with organizational goals
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
• Highly motivated with a high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of departmental goals and business objectives
• Strategic thinker
• MUST be detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• MUST have excellent communication and presentation skills

Essential Functions:

• Leads and supports the overall digital vision and roadmap for the health care system while aligning with business goals and strategic priorities,
• Analyzes RWJBH digital vehicles data and usage metrics to gain deep insights into consumer behaviors and channels performance in order to identify areas for improvements,
• Conducts market research and analysis to stay informed about emerging digital health technologies and trends in order to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation,
• Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, clinical teams, and technical teams,
• Oversees digital projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring campaigns meet business goals and digital performance targets,
• Prepares and delivers clear, insightful and influential executive-level presentations to support the digital strategic direction of various projects and the digital performance impact,
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels and fosters strong relationships ensuring alignment and buy-in on digital strategy recommendations and execution,
• Owns and delivers reporting analysis to stakeholders on performance and business impact for digital initiatives, as well as conceives digital project strategies and ensures their delivery on time and of the highest quality,
• Collaborates with other members of the digital team to continuously improve the user experience on RWJBH web properties and implements ongoing optimization strategies,
• Acts as a bridge between paid digital, organic and content teams to ensure cohesive management and execution on RWJBH digital assets,
• Facilitates via reporting tools in-depth search engine optimization SEO and local search competitive analysis, research and recommendations for best practices to assist in improving marketplace position for the organizations online presence,
• Oversees web analytics systems configuration, maintenance, reporting and data mining used to validate ROI of enterprise-wide digital marketing initiatives,
• Offers strategic digital recommendations at project meetings with internal stakeholders,
• Cultivate relationships with key external partners vendors, consultants and industry leaders to support digital innovation efforts and manage web products.
