Clinical Manager - Organ Transplant

RWJBH is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Manager for our Renal (Kidney / Pancreas) Transplant Center at our New Brunswick campus.Job Overview : Responsible for the daily operations and clinical resource for transplant evaluations, waitlist management and post-transplant care. Makes procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals or performing team functions; provides necessary resources or helps to remove obstacles to team accomplishments.Assists in the care coordination of the acutely ill transplant patient to facilitate communication with the transplant surgeon and other consultants as needed.Qualifications : Required : Bachelor's degree in nursing plus 5 years of experience in an allied health or hospital position required. Relevant clinical experience with end stage renal disease patients or renal / pancreas transplant patients.
