Job Overview:
Our RWJ facility in Hamilton, NJ is looking for a Director of Radiology Services. This individual would oversee all radiology professionals within the facility. It is a Full-Time, in-person position.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Completion of Accredited Radiologic Technology Program;
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Technology or Business Administration required; Master s Degree preferred;
- Registered with ARRT, or certification by State of New Jersey in Radiologic Technology;
- Minimum of five years experience in Radiology Department and a minimum of three years in a supervisory program,
- Employee relations experience and strong leadership skills are required,
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills,
Scheduling Requirements:
- Shift working, 9:00 5:00 each day
- Days to work
- FT
Essential Functions:
- Provides Leadership, Vision, Strategy and Direction in regards to effectively fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Department of Radiology,
- Effectively communicates information, appropriates and utilize resources and manages the department leadership staff and services in order to institute industry best practices,
- Directs staff and operational expenses in the department,
- Establishes annual goals and objectives for the department in conjunction with supervisors, Medical Directors and Hospital Administration,
