Job Overview:
Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (CPR)
- Basic Telecommunicator
- IAED EMD
- HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness
- ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800
Preferred:
- Associates degree
- ACPE-SPO
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- Basic Life Support (CPR)
- New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or National Registry EMT Basic
- Basic Telecommunicator
- IAED EMD
- HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness
- ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800
Scheduling Requirements:
- Full-Time, Nights
- 40 hours per week
Essential Functions:
- Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health
- Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9-1-1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources
