RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Educator RN for the Develop Innovation & Research department at Community Medical Center. This Educator will oversee the Med/Surg & Telemetry units.
Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications
Required:
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- National Certification in Nursing Professional Development and / or clinical specialty preferred
- Recent acute care experience (at least 3 years within the past 5 years)
- Strong clinical skills in acute care
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Night shift, 20 Hours Per Week
- Mentoring and supporting new staff
- Assists with Annual Competencies
- Projects, as assigned
- Presents various programs
- Integral part of the interview team
- Support Education department, as needed
