Job Overview:
This position assists the Director of Productivity in managing the productivity tools and data.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-5 years experience in budgeting / productivity
Scheduling Requirement:
- Full-Time, Day
- Hybrid/Remote- Homebase is Oceanport, NJ. Required to be onsite two days a week until fully trained approx training period is 3-6 months. After training, this role is required to be onsite every Tuesday. There will be some travel to medical centers occasionally for training and meetings.
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be an integral part of data reliability, detailed analysis and consistency of productivity data throughout the RWJBH Health System.
- Assist in training to Directors/local site staff on Strata productivity reports, calculations and variance explanations. This also includes daily, bi-weekly and Time and Attendance genie & Advanced Scheduler education across the system.
- Analyze the productivity metrics across the RWJBH system, working to standardize the unit of service and working with revenue integrity to ensure all charges are created.
- Maintain staffing models for all cost centers for acute care facilities.
- Review and maintain RVU s in the Strata system.
- Assist annually and system-wide in target review and recalibration, along with maintenance of targets in Axiom for all off-cycle adjustments.
- Assist in the implementation and completion of any external benchmarking engagement
- Utilize internal & external benchmarks to drive productivity across the system
- Assist with on-site productivity meetings with department leadership and senior staff; summarizing key issues and following up on items to be researched, changed, implemented, etc.
- Analyze data for opportunities by site across the system, elevating findings to management.
- Assist the sites with the operating target budgeting process, auditing workbooks, answering site questions, reviewing the budget once site completes, produce site reports for budget review meetings identifying were issues.
- Utilize per unit of service reports to identify opportunities across the sites
- Maintain and Distribute Biweekly / monthly reports
- Assist with biweekly payroll processing as needed
- All other duties as required
