As a **2nd Shift Matron** at RWJBarnabas Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and clean patient/work environment, adhering to Safety and Infection Control policies, and demonstrating awareness of safety, security, life safety, emergency preparedness, and utility and equipment management policies competencies.
You will also be expected to interact with hospital personnel, patients, families, visitors, physicians, students, nursing school faculty, and hospital administrators. A strong emphasis will be placed on health management and treatment of health conditions.
