RWJBH is seeking a Radiology Operations Manager for its outpatient RWJUH Morris Cancer Center
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations
- Certified in any imaging modality,
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- Certification in any imaging modality
Scheduling Requirements:
- Days to work
- Full-Time schedule
- 40 hours/week
Essential Functions:
- The Radiology Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of RWJUH Morris Cancer Center
- Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, coordinating schedules, and implementing quality control measures,
- Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential,
- Knowledge of radiology equipment, regulations, and administrative tasks is also required,
