Job Overview
The Revenue Cycle Quality Review Representative acts as both an auditor and trainer, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revenue Cycle processes. This role is responsible for evaluating workflow compliance, identifying areas of improvement, and developing standard and targeted training programs. The Revenue Cycle Quality Trainer is responsible for providing training, curriculum development, project organization and implementation, as well as quality assurance functions across the Revenue Cycle enterprise at all locations. The incumbent will be knowledgeable in all end-user systems and applications relative to Revenue Cycle management for the purpose of educating and training Revenue Cycle staff on systems and operational processes.

Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS in business or healthcare related field preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in quality, training, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve quality issues and errors.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office Products
