Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Neptune, NJ.
Qualifications:
Required:
- AS Degree
- Two to three years experience in related specialty
Preferred:
- Previous office supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Primary Care experience
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- CMA Certification or Current NJ Licensure required for LPN, RN.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Day Shift, 40 hours/week
- Shift working, Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5:00pm; Friday 7 am - 3 pm
- Full-Time Schedule
Essential Functions:
- Staff scheduling, vaccine ordering, PA processing
- Maintaining site compliance guidelines
- Clinical support on an as needed basis
- Patient telephone triage
