Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, with a strong focus on lawn care and groundskeeping. This role involves working outdoors, providing essential services to enhance the health and appearance of residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns through regular mowing, trimming, and aeration to promote healthy growth.
- Perform tree trimming and care to ensure the safety and aesthetics of the landscape.
- Execute hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls as needed.
- Dig and prepare garden beds for planting flowers, shrubs, or other vegetation.
- Provide general groundskeeping services to keep properties clean and well-maintained.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in tree care practices to promote growth and longevity of trees on the property.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while ensuring high-quality results.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawn maintenance equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper horticultural practices related to lawn care, tree trimming, and garden maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
