Job Overview
As the Graphic Designer for RWM Home Loans, you have a passion for visual storytelling, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Headquartered in San Diego, RWM Home Loans is a rapidly expanding community mortgage lender with a presence from coast to coast and over 30 years in business. We are on a mission to make homeownership more attainable and a key part of achieving that is through compelling designs and standout brand campaigns.
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and artistic designer with a passion for excellence. You will work directly with our Brand Manager and Director of Marketing and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create marketing materials, including social media graphics, ad assets, flyers, and more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design : Develop a variety of graphic materials, including logos / badges, social media graphics, ad assets, and print collateral.
2. Promotional Designs : Develop eye-catching designs for promotional merchandise and event materials.
3. Print Orders : Manage print production, from sourcing vendors to quality control, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials that align with brand standards.
4. Template Creation : Build new branded, customizable templates for projects, including presentations, flyers, brochures, booklets, and more.
