Job Purpose

The .Net Software Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions using the .Net framework. This role involves analyzing user requirements, coding, testing, debugging, and integrating software applications to meet business objectives. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance user experience and align with organizational goals.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain applications using the .NET platform and environment
• Understand requirements and transform them into functional applications in line with business objectives
• Maintain and upgrade existing applications and fix issues
• Collaborate with peers to design the best solution possible using the .Net framework and Microsoft tech stack
• Rewriting/making changes in existing code structure to increase efficiency and performance
• Ensure error-free code that adheres to best coding practices
• Test, monitor, and make better solutions through incremental updates/new features/app optimization
• Offer technical support for Web applications
• Identify bottlenecks and address issues to ensure the best performance

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in developing ASP .NET applications
• Well-versed with Microsoft’s .NET framework and tech stack
• Proficient in c# and ASP.NET programming languages
• Good Knowledge of SQL Server
• Working knowledge of Microsoft development best practices, design patterns, and tools
• Should have experience of Entity Framework
• Knowledge of different JS framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and methods
• Familiar with entire software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in developing MVC applications
• Strong testing and debugging skills
• Creative, flexible, self-driven, and innovative mindset
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
