We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our growing, outpatient physical therapy practice in American Fork, Utah.

Job duties will include:
- Welcoming patients as they arrive and answering phones
- Handling emails, faxes, and direct mail
- Following up on patient leads to encourage and assist them with getting scheduled
- Following up and ensuring patients attend their appointments
- Turning cancellations and no shows into rescheduled appointments
- New patient intake
- Weekly/daily reports
- Explanation of Benefits to newly evaluated patients
- Handling the sales process to help patients get fully signed up for workshops and care
- Scheduling patients after their evaluation
- Data Entry –proficient with Microsoft Office Products and basic data entry
A desire to be cross-trained in the following duties is a plus!
- Verification of Insurance Benefits
- Collection of patient payments
- Posting payments received
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday during the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 9 AM to 6 PM
Wednesday - 8 AM to 5 PM
Friday - 7 AM to 3 PM
