Area : Dallas, TX

Licensure Requirements : TX Pharmacy Technician License preferred, not required

Education : HS Diploma

Years of Experience : 1 years

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Pay : $18.00 - $23.00

Background / Drug Requirements : Must be willing to submit to a background check, health and drug screen

Account Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors

Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base

Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client contact to successful placement

Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their staffing requirements

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for pharmacy positions

Match qualified candidates with appropriate job openings

Negotiate contracts and terms with both clients and candidates

Provide ongoing support to placed candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery

Maintain accurate records and reports on client accounts and placements

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Represent Rx relief at industry events and networking opportunities

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
