Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities

• Review patient medication records and ensure optimized drug therapy plans
• Dispense medications to hospitalized patients under a physician's orders
• Compound sterile preparations and intravenous medication solutions
• Monitor patients' response to medications and watch for adverse drug reactions
• Consult with physicians and nurses on medications and treatment plans
• Educate patients, caregivers, and hospital staff about proper medication use
  
  

Skills Required

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Excellent communication, assessment and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with pharmacy applications and databases
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment
  
  

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8am - 6:30pm

Location: Central Valley, California

Pay

$80.00 per hour
