Director of Operations
Job Specifics and Requirements:
Area: Mobile, AL
Education: Pharm. D.
Experience Needed: 5 years of experience in a leadership role, particularly in a healthcare setting
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30-6pm
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 DOE
Background/ Drug Requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check, health and drug screen
Director of Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the company to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute long-term business strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards
