- Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm
- Monday - Thursday / Friday - Monday 8pm - 7am
- 7 on/7 off 6am-4pm or 6pm-4am,
- Monday - Friday or Wednesday - Sunday 8am-5pm OR 4pm-12am

- Provide specialized counseling and education to patients on proper medication use, side effects, and potential drug interactions

- Manage prior authorizations and insurance claims for high-cost specialty drugs

- Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventories
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in specialty pharmaceuticals and treatment protocols
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions for patients
- Manage and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff
