TITLE: AP Coordinator

We are seeking an AP Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of our finance and accounting team. This role entails managing essential operational processes related to accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), banking, and various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a process-driven mindset, with the ability to identify improvements, integrate processes across departments, and efficiently handle intricate financial workflows to ensure seamless operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track cash flow trends and deliver insights to optimize treasury management.
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor financial performance and outstanding balances, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform ad hoc reporting, system updates, and manage daily operational tasks to maintain efficient financial processes.
- Establish and oversee WSFS Operating and Permit bank accounts for new entities, manage check runs, and guarantee timely payments.
- Facilitate the onboarding of newly acquired entities in Intacct, ensuring effective financial integration.
- Order and oversee company credit cards with a focus on accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes to enhance accuracy and speed.
- Grasp the complexities of financial operations and proactively connect different systems and teams to streamline workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and banking processes.
- Demonstrated capability in managing operational tasks while collaborating across finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
- Ability to analyze current workflows and Client efficiencies.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial systems, especially Intacct.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, navigate complex processes, and ensure precision in reporting and payments.
